Located on the north-eastern corner of the Niagara Peninsula, the Town
is situated at the confluence of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario in
the Province of Ontario's Golden Horseshoe. The major route serving the
Niagara Peninsula is the Niagara arm of the Queen Elizabeth Way. The next
largest artery in the Peninsula is Highway 406, which provides a rapid
route through central Niagara communities. Although with no direct bus
or rail service from either Toronto or Buffalo, there are transfer services
available from Niagara Falls and St. Catharines, which are serviced by
most major carriers.
Niagara-on-the-lake is surrounded by enough Airports to accommodate your
destined itinerary. Toronto Pearson International Airport, Greater Buffalo
International Airport and Niagara Falls International Airport, coupled
with their regional airport, are just some of the possibilities for travellers.
Whatever your preferred mode of movement is, it's available.
